Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your email box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponders and guard your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect emails from, then specify the target email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
